The AudA 2027 Conference, Thriving Through Change, is the ideal platform for you to showcase these experiences. This presentation style is for audiologists and allied health professionals like you to showcase how you've turned everyday experiences into lessons that benefit clinical practice.

The AudA 2027 Conference, Thriving Through Change provides a platform to share your work, connect with peers and contribute to the conversations shaping the future of our profession.

Research abstracts are selected through a peer-review process and showcase original research that advances evidence-based practice, inspires innovation and expands our understanding of hearing and hearing care. Share your work with colleagues from across Australia and be part of the ideas driving the future of audiology.

SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

1. Download and complete the relevant template


Download the relevant template for your selected presentation type from the guidelines documents or within the submission portals.


2. Create a new account in the submission portal


Please create a new account, where you will need to select a preferred email address and create a password. If you are submitting both research abstracts and a clinical presentation application, the same account can be used on both submission portals.

If you are submitting a Symposium that includes research presentations, please use the research presentation submission portal.

3. Enter your contact details


To begin the submission process you must first provide the contact details of the person submitting the application, which is done on the ‘Contact Details’ tab. After you have completed your contact details, additional tabs will appear that will enable you to submit your documents.


4. Submit your abstract/Apply to present


Submit your abstract or clinical presentation application following the instructions in the Submission Guidelines.

You can choose to save as a draft at any time by selecting the ‘Save As Draft’ button. If you would like to delete or edit your submission after it has been submitted, please contact the Audiology Australia Events Team via events@audiology.asn.au or telephone 03 9940 3900.

Once your application to present has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, if you do not receive this email it means that your submission has not been received. It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered all information correctly in the submission portal. To complete any missing information, select the ‘Edit Submissions’ tab in the portal and finalise your applications.
